Health PLan
Each student on our team created and followed a health plan for one month to see how it affects their health in order to prevent the top four killer diseases in the United States. At the start of the month, we set goals for assessing our nutritional health, physical health, and mental health. For example, eating 2 to 3 servings of fruit everyday, exercising for 30 minutes, playing chess once per day, etc. Throughout the month, we wrote health plan reflections every week and also recorded information a log throughout the month. At the end of the month, we analyzed our final results and compiled a write up of their results and reflections that will be processed and published in a book.
