I have only been interning for three days now and I am enjoying it very much! These are my thoughts thus far...
One thing that i'm curious about concerning this internship is how I can improve as an intern. I want to know what the steps are that I need to take in order to be an intern or employee in the future.
Some connections that I can make between my internship and what i've done in school have to do with communication skills, such as writing done in humanities as well as projects that involved doing group work.
I have learned that The Escondido Chamber of Commerce is a very important part of the community. It is responsible for improving the local economy and promoting commerce and community.
So far I have been developing my communication skills and professionalism, two very important skills for this type of internship. I would like to continue developing these skills so that I can succeed in this internship and be able to use these skills in the future.
